So, have you decided once again as of this coming Monday to start living the right life? Changing a lifestyle is not as hard as it sounds. Of course, it’s not as easy as playing at Woo Casino, but it’s still quite simple, especially if you follow these 3 steps.
Step 1 – Outfit
Fitness starts with buying the right outfit. Don’t assume that a beginner needs something as simple as nice and trendy. At any stage, it’s better to have clothes and shoes, where the most innovative technology is used, because it’s not so much about sports results, as about your comfort and sometimes even your health.
The form should be based on what kind of physical activity you want to do. If it’s fitness, the clothes should be comfortable and surely moisture-wicking. Clothing for stretching, yoga, or pilates should stretch well and emphasize the contours of the body. Non-slip socks were invented for low-intensity areas: the toes are separated from each other, and on the foot there is a braking surface in the form of small velcro – this is perfect for beginners and comfortable. When choosing sneakers, talk to a consultant, explain that the shoes should be for fitness and/or for running and have good cushioning.
Step 2 – Exercise and Control
What sport should you start with? If the club you choose has a sports doctor, get a fitness test. This will help you evaluate your fitness level objectively. You can start by combining low-intensity walking on a treadmill or elliptical, as this kind of exercise will strengthen your heart and respiratory system with activities such as stretching, yoga, or Pilates.
This will allow you to awaken your muscles without too much pain, and most importantly, reduce the risk of injury. Measure your results, it’s your body volume that will tell you if you are moving in the right direction. Periodically analyze your body weight composition to understand whether your body is changing due to fat tissue or muscle.
Step 3 – Diet
Seventy percent of our fitness success depends on how we eat. For starters, 2 liters of water a day will be a must. Other drinks are not included in the calculation. Drink water gradually, drinking the bulk of it before 5 pm, so as to avoid swelling.
Eliminate baked goods and sugar from your diet. If you want to indulge in something, such as fruit, then do it before 4 pm. Stuff yourself with protein and vegetables! To get an energy boost in the morning, choose cereal and wholemeal bread. And from 5 pm, switch to vegetables and protein. Eat at least 3 meals a day, and perfectly, meals should be frequent and small in volume.
